Other FAQ’s:

Below are some answers to frequently asked questions at the Williamsburg.

Q: I’m having some plumbing work done and need to shut off the water.

A: If you live on the West side please notify Linda Kempter at lindakempter@sbcglobal.net so the property is notified. The water shut-offs for the West side buildings are found on the side of each building behind a 2x2 metal box. If you live on the East side please notify Barbara Harrison at delladallas@mac.com so the property is notified. The water shut-offs for the entire East side is located near the water meters.

Q: To whom do I report a service issue?

A: As always, the financial responsibility for a repair issue should first be determined by referring to the Williamsburg Homeowner’s Maintenance Chart. If the issue is the HOA’s responsibility then contact Veracity.

Q: Who is responsible for the front and back porch and balcony lights?

A: The homeowner is responsible for their back porch light. The HOA will maintain the front porch bulb IF the homeowner has an approved, HOA bulb compatible fixture. Additionally, residents may NOT loosen or remove the bulb from their front porch and leave their front porch area dark.
