Gutters were cleaned out throughout the property
Long over due tree trimming and removal was completed

February 2007

Work Begins

February 2007 saw a good deal of needed activity around the property. As money came in from increased dues, the January 2007 assessment and collection of past due HOA dues the new board began spending on things long deferred. The entire property was professionally tree trimmed including some dangerous leaning trunks and limbs removed, thereby eliminating some clear liabilities.

Long deferred sprinkler repairs were started to the relief of many of our concerned homeowners who had been hand watering the landscape of the property, in order to keep it alive, for quite some time. The property has a great landscape design and having irrigation working is a meaningful move by the board.

Additionally, contractors were hired to clean out gutters and down spouts around the property. The Williamsburg is a heavily wooded property and multiple seasons of tree leaves and branches had created problematic situations around the property. This work now completed for the season will help when the spring rains begin.

Lastly, The carport damaged over New Year's weekend was repaired... a busy month.
